The Certificate in Theological Studies prepares students for Christian ministry in the local church and parachurch settings.

 

Courses include investigations into the character and nature of God, the basic doctrines of Christianity, the in-depth study of Scripture, and how these issues impact the contemporary Church.

 

Course credit earned in this program can be directly applied to a Master of Divinity with a cognate in Theological Studies.

 

In addition to spiritual formation and exegetical skills essential to Christian studies, graduates will be able to employ the communication, leadership, and organizational skills necessary for effective ministry.
